I'm so sorry i've not been around for quite a while. Just a short update for you: i'm still battling my fatigue and trying to deal with everything around that. I've put off any designwork the last year due to my illness and just focussed on making beautiful pages.
However i simply must let you know about this new collection, that i designed a small part of also (and it felt good to back to designing LOL). The name of the collection is
Girlfriends for LIFE and it's a collaborative between Altered Amanda's Studio and her Amazing Altered Women and let me tell you it's HUGE !!!

And it's Digital Art that makes a difference, so be sure to check it out! It's been created to aid the battle against Human Trafficking. These hideous crimes have to be abolished today as many people (amongst who children) are suffering. Reality is that slavery didn't end with abolition !! There are millions of people enslaved throughout the world today, most in plain sight. Through education, awareness and activism, we can end slavery in our lifetime !
Just to make clear to you what Human Trafficking is about, the definition on trafficking consists of three core elements:
1) The action of trafficking
meaning the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons
2) The means of trafficking,
including threat or use of force, deception, coercion, abuse of power or position of vulnerability
3) The purpose of trafficking
which is always exploitation.
In the words of the Trafficking Protocol, article 3 "exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labor or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs
Well now back to the Girlfriends for LIFE collection:
This collection consists of 11 packs: Accent Graphics, 28 Backgrounds.
Frames .png overlay, Typography, Shapes, Borders, Paint, Collages, 2 Alphabets, 8 Journal Cards. This collection has EVERYTHING!!!!!
And ALL proceeds will go to support A21; an organization that rescues and rehabilitates trafficked persons of all ages.
